BOOKING POLICY

  • 2 hour Minimum required for all sessions

  • Booking availability by appointment only​

  • ​Booking must be made a minimum of 4 hours in advance, to ensure room and engineer availability it is recommended to book sessions about 3-5 days in advance

  • All hourly session must be paid in full to secure session time; which is non-refundable

  • We do not charge in half hour increments if client goes over 5 minutes full hour is due to continue

  • Sessions start from the officially booked start time, not from when client arrive. if you arrive an hour late that does not mean you will be able to run an hour past the session end time at no extra charge​​​

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We do not give refunds on studio time booked 

  • Sessions cancelled within 48-hours before the officially booked start time will be credited, and will be able to be re-booked at any available future time without a penalty

  • Session cancelled in less than 24 hours before the officially booked start time will forfeit the deposit

  • Live sound Reinforcement has a 50% deposit to secure the date and remaining 50% is due the day of event before any equipment is set up. Cancellation of a live sound event warrants the 50% deposit to be forfeited if event is not rescheduled.

MIXING AND MASTERING

Mixing and Mastering services are not included in recording sessions. These are separate processes, and are charged on a per song basis not hourly. This way we can take our time to get the best results without feeling the pressure to finish within a given block of studio time. We love mixing and welcome the opportunity to bring out the full potential in your project

Mixing and Mastering session are unattended and typically have a 3-5 day turn around, but may vary based on current work load. Please call to inquire about mixing and mastering rates and current turnaround times
